### General Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must be officers from the Central or State Government/Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, Recognised Research Institutions, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
- Required: Minimum five years of service in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or eight years service in Level-8 in the Pay Matrix after appointment thereto on a regular basis.
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

For the Assistant Library and Information Officer (ALIO):
