1. Definitions and Scope

In these Terms of Service:

• "Platform" refers to the Odisha Jobs website (odishajobs.org), its mobile-optimized pages, email alerts, and all related services.
• "Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to Bijdutronix Innovation Private Limited, the operator of Odisha Jobs.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Services" refers to all features offered through the Platform, including but not limited to job alerts, job listings, Employment News extraction, mock tests, mentorship, and partner services.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid plan that provides access to premium features such as email alerts and enhanced job notifications.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including students, partners, mentors, and visitors browsing public pages.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility

To create an account on our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Provide a valid email address that you have access to.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Platform for violations.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be fraudulent, inactive for extended periods, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Services Provided

Job Information Services

Our primary service is aggregating government job notifications from official district portals across Odisha and presenting them in an accessible format. We provide:

• Automated extraction of job notifications from 30 district administration websites.
• Processing and digitization of Employment News job listings.
• Email alerts when new jobs matching your preferences are published.
• Direct links to official notification PDFs from government sources.
• Structured summaries of job requirements, deadlines, and application procedures.

Additional Services

Depending on your account type and subscription, you may also access:

• Mock Tests: Practice tests for competitive examination preparation.
• Mentorship: Scheduled sessions with experienced career mentors.
• Document Services: Photo editing, certificate generation, and form processing tools.
• WhatsApp Status: Image generation tools for sharing job information on social media.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Access

Unregistered visitors and registered users without a subscription can browse public job listings on our website at no cost. Free access includes viewing job titles, district information, and links to official PDF notifications.

Paid Subscriptions

Premium features, including email alerts and advanced notifications, require an active subscription. Subscription terms:

• Plans are available in various durations (monthly, quarterly, annual) as displayed on our pricing page.
• Payment is collected in advance at the beginning of each billing period through Razorpay.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

Partner Credits System

Partners operate on a credit-based system where credits are used to register students and access partner-specific features. Credit purchases are non-refundable once used for student registrations.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to subscription payments:

• Within 7 days: If you are unsatisfied with our service and have not received any job alerts, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days: Refund requests made after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
• Technical issues: If our service was unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end, we will extend your subscription period or provide a proportional refund.
• Non-refundable: Credit purchases that have already been used, and subscription periods during which job alerts were successfully delivered, are generally non-refundable.

To request a refund, email support@odishajobs.org.in with your registered email address and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from our Platform without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our servers, or backend systems.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Redistribute, republish, or resell our job alert content commercially without authorization.
• Submit false information during registration or impersonate another person.
• Use the Platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform through denial-of-service attacks or similar methods.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code through any feature that accepts file uploads.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Platform design, user interface, source code, logos, and original editorial content are the intellectual property of Bijdutronix Innovation Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without our written permission.

Government Information

Job notifications, PDF documents, and recruitment information sourced from government portals are public information published by the Government of Odisha and Government of India. We do not claim ownership of government-published content. Our value-add is in the aggregation, structuring, and timely delivery of this information.

User Content

If you submit content to our Platform (feedback, reviews, forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the context of our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Information Accuracy

While we make every effort to extract and present job information accurately from official sources, we cannot guarantee:

• That every job notification will be captured by our automated systems without error.
• That extracted information (dates, qualifications, salary) is 100% accurate — OCR and AI extraction can introduce errors.
• That job listings are still active or that deadlines have not changed since extraction.
• That all positions advertised on government portals will appear on our Platform.

Users should always verify critical details (application deadlines, eligibility criteria, fees) directly from the official PDF notification linked in each job listing.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
• Unexpected server issues or infrastructure failures.
• Changes or downtime on government source websites we monitor.
• Internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We are not liable for any missed job opportunity resulting from a failure to deliver alerts, inaccurate extraction, or Platform downtime.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information presented on our Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites linked from our Platform.

9. Partner Terms

Partners (Master Distributors, Distributors, Retailers) are subject to additional terms:

• Partners are independent participants, not employees or agents of our company.
• Partners must accurately represent our services when onboarding students.
• Partners must not make false promises about job placements or guaranteed employment.
• Partners are responsible for maintaining the trust of students they register.
• We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts that misrepresent our services or engage in unethical practices.
• Commission and credit structures are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship:

• You may: Delete your account at any time by contacting support. Active subscription benefits end upon deletion.
• We may: Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. We will attempt to notify you via email before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy data retention guidelines.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If negotiation fails, resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The courts of Ganjam District, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
