- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
Partner Credits System
Partners operate on a credit-based system where credits are used to register students and access partner-specific features. Credit purchases are non-refundable once used for student registrations.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies to subscription payments:
- Within 7 days: If you are unsatisfied with our service and have not received any job alerts, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days: Refund requests made after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Technical issues: If our service was unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end, we will extend your subscription period or provide a proportional refund.

User Content
If you submit content to our Platform (feedback, reviews, forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the context of our services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Information Accuracy
While we make every effort to extract and present job information accurately from official sources, we cannot guarantee:
- That every job notification will be captured by our automated systems without error.
- That extracted information (dates, qualifications, salary) is 100% accurate — OCR and AI extraction can introduce errors.
- That job listings are still active or that deadlines have not changed since extraction.
- That all positions advertised on government portals will appear on our Platform.
Users should always verify critical details (application deadlines, eligibility criteria, fees) directly from the official PDF notification linked in each job listing.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
- Unexpected server issues or infrastructure failures.
- Changes or downtime on government source websites we monitor.
- Internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship:
- You may: Delete your account at any time by contacting support. Active subscription benefits end upon deletion.
- We may: Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. We will attempt to notify you via email before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
