Transparent and fair refund terms for all our services.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid services for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Service cancellation within the cooling-off period
  • Failure to deliver promised services as described
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (Job Alerts, Mock Tests, Mentoring):

  • 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Partial Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods (minimum 30 days remaining)
  • Service Issues: Full refund if service is unavailable for more than 72 hours
  • Downgrade Option: Switch to lower-tier plans with credit adjustment

One-Time Services

For one-time payments (Partner Registration, Credit Purchases, Puja Bookings):

  • Partner Registration: 100% refund if registration is rejected by admin within 48 hours
  • Credit Purchases: Refund for unused credits within 30 days (minus processing fees)
  • Puja Bookings: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Mock Test Purchases: Refund if test cannot be accessed due to technical issues

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed mentor sessions or consultations
  • Downloaded study materials or resources
  • Completed mock tests with results provided
  • Services used for more than 50% of the subscription period
  • Puja services cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Partner credits used for student onboarding

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit Request: Email refund@odishajobs.com with your order details
  2. Provide Information: Include payment ID, reason for refund, and supporting documents
  3. Review Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Approval Notification: You will receive email confirmation of approval/rejection
  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Required Information: Transaction ID, registered email, reason for refund, and date of purchase.

Processing Timeline

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Service credits for future use instead of cash refunds
  • Discounted renewal rates as compensation
  • Free additional services of equivalent value

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact our customer support team for escalation
  • Provide additional documentation if available
  • Request review by senior management
  • Final decisions will be communicated within 10 business days

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies with proper documentation
  • Technical issues on our platform affecting service delivery
  • Significant changes to service features or pricing
  • Force majeure events preventing service usage
