### 3. General Eligibility Criteria

- **Educational Qualifications:**
- **For B.E/B.Tech Graduates:**
- Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electrical Engineering (EE), with electives in VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or Digital Signal Processing, **passed in First Division** with **valid NET or GATE qualification**.
- **For M.E/M.Tech Postgraduates:**
- Degree in the above specializations (as mentioned), with a focus on VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Digital Signal Processing, **passed in First Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels**.

- **Age Limit:**
- Should be **not more than 28 years** as on the last date of receipt of application.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
