Eligibility & Qualifications
- Research Associate (RA) (Physical/Materials): Ph.D. in Physics or Materials Science or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
- Research Associate (RA) (Electronics): Ph.D. in Electronics or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (Chemistry): M.Sc. in Chemistry with NET qualification (CSIR/UGC/LS or equivalent).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (Physics): M.Sc. in Physics with NET qualification (CSIR/UGC/LS or equivalent).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (Mechanical): Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with valid GATE/NET qualification.
- Age Limit:
- RA: Not exceeding 35 years as on date of interview
- JRF: Not exceeding 28 years as on date of interview
- Age relaxations as per Government of India norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates)
