### 1. Organization Overview

- **Deputy Adviser (Medicinal Plants)**
- **Assistant Adviser (Botany)**
- **Finance & Administrative Officer**
- **Research Officer (Botany)**
- **Assistant Research Officer**
- **Accountant**

All posts are to be filled on a _deputation basis_ as per Government of India guidelines.

### 3. General Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must be:

- **Officers currently serving in Central/State Government Departments, Autonomous Organizations, or Public Sector Undertakings**
- Eligible for deputation as per DoPT OM dated 05.01.1994
- Able to provide:
- **APARs** (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the previous 5 years
- **Vigilance Clearance**
- **Integrity Certificate**
