General Eligibility Criteria **Educational Qualification:** - Graduate from a recognized university. - Proficiency in shorthand (minimum 120 words per minute) and typing (minimum 50 words per minute). **Eligibility for Deputation:** - Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre, **OR** - Three years’ regular service in a related field at Level 6, **OR** - Six years’ regular service at Level 5, **OR** - Eight years’ regular service at Level 4. **Age Limit:** - The candidate must not exceed 56 years as of the last date for application submission. --- ### 4.
