**Position:** Chairman and Managing Director

**Role Overview:**
The Chairman and Managing Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of SJVN Limited. The role involves managing large organizations, steering significant projects, driving operational excellence, and engaging in policy formulation. Candidates with background and experience in Hydro/Power projects will be given preference.


### 3. General Eligibility Criteria

**Educational Qualifications:**
- Engineering Graduate
- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
- Post Graduate
- Graduate with MBA/PGDM from a leading institute

**Experience:**
- Minimum cumulative experience of at least five years in one or more areas:
- Financial
- Operations
- Administration & Policy
- Project
- Power Development
- Management
- Experience in large organizations is essential
- Candidates with exposure to Hydro/Power projects will be preferred

**Age Limit:**
- Minimum: 45 years
- Maximum: 60 years as of the date of occurrence of vacancy
- Residual service required:
- Internal candidates: Minimum 2 years
- Other candidates: Minimum 3 years
