- Master’s Degree in Physics (or specialization in Physics) from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate AND B.Ed. from NCTE recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks, OR
- Three years integrated B.Ed. – M.Ed. from NCTE recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks, OR
