Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Balidhipa under Jharbandh block in Bargarh district invites applications from eligible and deserving candidates for the engagement of various support staff in the newly established KGBV Type-IV Girls' Hostel for the academic session 2026-27.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. Warden (Female Only)
- Educational Qualification: B.A./B.Sc. from any recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel management is mandatory.
- Age: 30 to 60 years as on the date of advertisement (19-06-2026).
- Preference: Local female candidates from Jharbandh block will be given preference. Retired lady teachers (up to 62 years, physically & mentally fit) may also apply.
- Special Note: In-service lady teachers of OAV (if willing) may get additional remuneration as per norms by staying in the hostel.
2. Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed HSC (10th) Examination from a recognized board.
- Age: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Gender: Both male and female can apply.
3. Head Cook
- Educational Qualification: Not specified, but preference will be given to those trained in cookery.
- Experience: Prior experience in cooking for hostels/institutions preferred.
- Age: 30 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Other Criteria: Must be hygienic in cooking habits and dress. Familiarity with LPG cooking is mandatory. Shortlisted candidates may have to demonstrate their cooking skills.
4. Assistant Cook
- Educational Qualification: Not specified, but experience in cooking is desirable.
- Age: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Other Criteria: Should possess characteristics and experience as required for Head Cook.
